Solana's Tokenized Stock Trading Volume Drops from 71% to 30%

The global trading volume of tokenized stocks on Solana (SOL) has decreased from 71% to 30% in about two weeks. This decline is attributed to the migration of liquidity following the launch of trading pairs that combine meme coins and tokenized stocks by BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain. The drop in trading volume percentage over the two weeks around August 27 is based on data compiled by Blockworks. Solana's xStocks operates as a stock token trading method, while BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain have adopted a trading structure that combines meme coins with stock tokens. The BNB Chain's '$牛来' trading pair once reached $77 million, while Robinhood Chain's '$AI' trading pair hit $67 million. Users must move their assets to the chain where the trading pair exists to participate in the trades. Solana accounted for 95-97% of on-chain tokenized stock trading volume in Q2 2026, but the current relative decline does not indicate a decrease in overall trading volume. Since the launch of xStocks, the cumulative trading volume of tokenized stocks processed on Solana has exceeded $9.5 billion. Currently, there are 288,000 unique holders of tokenized stocks on Solana, and the size of the stock collateral lending pool has reached $56 million. This change demonstrates that trading structure and user inflow methods can be competitive factors.
