BlockBeats News, November 5th, State Council Customs Tariff Commission: To implement the consensus reached in the China-US economic and trade negotiations, in accordance with the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, and other laws and regulations, as well as the basic principles of international law, approved by the State Council, starting from 13:01 on November 10, 2025, the implementation of the additional tariffs on certain imported goods originating in the United States as stipulated in the State Council Customs Tariff Commission Announcement on Imposing Additional Tariffs on Imported Goods Originating in the United States (Tariff Commission Announcement 2025 No. 2) will be suspended.
