Strive acquired 20 BTC from July 27 to July 31, 2026, at an average price of approximately 63191 dollars, according to its filing on Aug. 3. Bitcoin holdings increased from 20000 BTC on July 24 to 20020 BTC on July 31, while effective common shares rose from 84099973 to 84209973. This resulted in a decrease in Bitcoin exposure per effective common share from approximately 23773.9 satoshis to 23781.2 satoshis, reflecting a 0.03% decline. The increase in effective shares, all from Class A, outpaced the Bitcoin purchase, leading to reduced exposure. Cash and cash equivalents fell from 154 million dollars to 151.3 million dollars during the same period. Strive's goal of increasing Bitcoin per share, stated in January, contrasts with the recent decline in exposure per share.
