Ukrainians Abroad Can Obtain an Electronic Taxpayer Card with QR Code

Starting from July 30, citizens of Ukraine residing abroad can register in the State Register of Individuals - Taxpayers (DRFL) and obtain an electronic taxpayer card with a QR code. The service covers registration in the DRFL using form No. 1DR. An online service for making changes to the register using form No. 5DR will be available in the future. Over the past two months, more than 2,100 applications have been received through e-Consul from parents, and 1,772 electronic cards have been issued for children. Applications can be submitted online through the electronic cabinet in the "Consul" system or in person at the embassy. The consular fee for processing a paper application is $40 or €37. After processing the application, the State Tax Service generates an electronic card with a QR code and sends it to the applicant via the "e-Consul" system.
