「Ultimate Shorter」 BTC Short Position Keeps Taking Profit, Funding Fee Settlement has Made a Profit of Approximately $10 Million

The size of this closing position was around $5.46 million. Since November, this address has executed similar profit-taking actions five times at local lows without covering their short positions, placing a take-profit order at around $76,200. Compared to its peak position of $136 million, the size of its BTC short position has now decreased by approximately $120 million.
Currently, this whale still holds a BTC short position of about $8.6 million, with an unrealized profit of $3.65 million (850%), and an average price of $111,500. This address was previously the largest BTC short in chain history. Since establishing this round of BTC short positions on May 9th, it has engaged in scalping operations multiple times, but has recently shifted its strategy to reducing holdings continuously and locking in profits. The address has already realized approximately $10 million in profit from funding rate settlements.
