BlockBeats News, December 21st, according to on-chain analyst Ai Yi (@ai_9684xtpa)’s monitoring, the "whale who has shorted BTC four times since March 2025" reduced its position by 20 BTC 20 minutes ago and made a profit of $465,000.
Currently, there are still 550.7 BTC in a short position, worth $48.6 million, with an unrealized profit of $12.8 million, funding fee profit of $9.6 million, and the overall account profit exceeding $55.51 million.
