World's First Bionic Humanoid Robot News Anchor Unveiled

The world's first bionic humanoid robot news anchor was officially unveiled at the 7th World Media Summit's Artificial Intelligence and Chinese Modernization Forum. The robot, named "Xinyan" and "Xinyu," was jointly developed by Xinhua News Agency and UBTECH. Chinese director Zhang Yimou served as the chief creative designer. Both robot anchors are 1:1 replicas of real humans and are equipped with the Xinhua AI political information intelligent system "Xinhua Yudian," as well as UBTECH's fully autonomous technology, enabling them to report live on-site.
