As part of the investigation into Zondacrypto, electronic equipment that may contain important data has been secured. Attorney General Waldemar Żurek reported that CBZC officers conducted searches in Wrocław at the request of the prosecutor from the Silesian Department of PZ PK. The equipment may have been used by Artur Ch., who collaborated with the president of the Zondacrypto exchange, Przemysław Kral. Artur Chodziński, a former CBA agent, warned against disinformation, claiming that he himself provided documents and data carriers to the police. In an interview with "Gazeta Wyborcza," he emphasized that the entire operation lasted about 20 minutes and was in accordance with the prosecutor's order. Prosecutor Nowak confirmed that Chodziński voluntarily handed over materials to the police. Chodziński was said to have collaborated with Kral from May 2025 to March 2026, meeting him in various locations across Europe.
