De acordo com um relatório da plataforma de análise de blockchain Chainalysis, o departamento de polícia econômica e financeira de Foggia, na Itália, descobriu recentemente um caso de evasão fiscal. Os indivíduos envolvidos são suspeitos de usar o protocolo Bitcoin Ordinals e o padrão de token BRC-20 para criar e revender tokens, ocultando aproximadamente US$ 1,1 milhão (€ 1 milhão) em ganhos de capital on-chain, com os lucros sendo continuamente reinvestidos em novas operações de inscrição.
