Galaxy Digital Founder: SEC Makes It Difficult to Complete the $1.2 Billion Merger Plan with BitGo in 2021

Майк Новограц, основатель Galaxy Digital, заявил в Канцлерском суде штата Делавэр, что Комиссия по ценным бумагам и биржам США (SEC) создала серьезные препятствия для плана слияния компании с BitGo на сумму 1,2 млрд долларов в 2021 году.
