Повідомляється, що компанії перебувають на фінальній стадії обговорення деталей угоди, яка включає продаж акцій, що належать генеральному директору та найбільшому акціонеру Flybit Кім Сок Чжину.
Flybit була зареєстрована як постачальник послуг віртуальних активів у 2021 році, але вийшла з ринку, де розрахунки проводилися у KRW, через неможливість встановити необхідні партнерські відносини з банками для відкриття рахунків за справжніми іменами.
