BlockBeats News, 17 novembre, selon le FT, Olaf Sleijpen, président de la Banque centrale des Pays-Bas et membre du directoire de la BCE, a averti qu'une ruée sur une stablecoin pourrait forcer la Banque centrale européenne (BCE) à réajuster sa trajectoire de taux d'intérêt. L'impact ne se limite pas à la stabilité financière, mais pourrait également se transmettre rapidement à l'économie européenne et à l'inflation.
Sleijpen a déclaré que la taille des stablecoin en USD a bondi de 48 % pour dépasser les 300 milliards de dollars cette année, accélérant son expansion après l'assouplissement réglementaire aux États-Unis.
