Selon The Block, le protocole de rendement RWA TownSquare a annoncé la clôture de son tour de financement de série Pré-A, portant son financement total à environ 16,25 millions de dollars. Les fonds seront utilisés pour développer des produits de rendement basés sur des stratégies institutionnelles et des services de courtage inter-chaînes.
Le protocole se concentre sur l'apport de rendement provenant d'actifs on-chain soutenus par des institutions aux utilisateurs ordinaires. Actuellement, l'échelle des actifs on-chain soutenus par des institutions est d'environ 36 milliards de dollars, avec des rendements dépassant le niveau traditionnel de 3 % à 5 % des bons du Trésor américain. TownSquare développera des coffres-forts de rendement autour du stablecoin USD1, de l'or tokenisé, de l'USDC, du cbBTC et d'autres RWA, et collaborera avec des partenaires tels que World Liberty Financial pour faire avancer un plan de pipeline USD1 d'une envergure d'environ 100 millions de dollars.
