Amazon Plans to Deploy 5,105 Satellites by 2028 to Challenge SpaceX's Starlink

This initiative will expand Amazon's satellite internet project and directly challenge SpaceX's Starlink, which currently leads the global satellite communication market. Amazon aims to offer satellite mobile connectivity services without the need for additional hardware through a large-scale low Earth orbit satellite network, potentially extending coverage to remote areas, maritime regions, and areas difficult to reach with traditional communication networks.
