唐华斑竹 Announces Binance Reserve Proof Snapshot

According to Twitter user 唐华斑竹, Binance announced that as of October 31, approximately 90% of the affected assets have been replenished, with BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD, and ZEC all achieving 100% full reserve support. The remaining approximately 10% consists of other tokens with lower liquidity, which may take longer to fully acquire. Binance stated that the funds for asset replenishment come from the SAFU fund, contract insurance fund, and Binance's own funds. On-chain information shows that the Binance SAFU fund address transferred a total of 7,500 BTC in three transactions at 10:30 and 10:48, with the current balance being 7,500 BTC, valued at approximately $580 million. Binance completed a new round of reserve proof snapshot at 08:00 on October 31, with the complete proof expected to be generated on November 3.
