Anthropic Reports $16.8 Billion Revenue in Q3, IPO Feasibility Strengthened
Anthropic reported a revenue of $16.8 billion in Q3, with positive free cash flow and an adjusted gross margin of 85%. The company expects to complete its IPO by the end of this year at the latest. Although its performance may enhance the feasibility of an IPO, analysts believe that this will have little impact on global AI trading. Global AI stocks are under pressure due to rising bond yields, inflation driven by oil prices, and corporate financing issues. Market participants point out that while Anthropic's revenue indicates potential demand in the AI sector, it may not be enough to revive investor enthusiasm across the entire industry, as chip manufacturers and infrastructure providers are showing signs of profit slowdown.
