Crypto.com Custody has announced that it will provide institutional-grade custody and liquidity services for XYO and XL1. XL1 is set to debut on major trading platforms following its token sale, allowing qualified institutions and high-net-worth clients to store, manage, and exchange these two tokens under a regulated framework. The related assets will be held in client-isolated MPC wallets, managed by a bankruptcy-remote entity. Private keys are protected through multi-party computation running in a trusted execution environment, and clients can utilize cold storage, audit trails, and Crypto.com’s institutional liquidity services. Eric Anziani, President and COO of Crypto.com, stated that digital asset organizations need custody solutions that provide both security and liquidity. Markus Levin, co-founder of XYO, noted that the relationship between the two parties continues to expand following XYO's launch on the Crypto.com trading platform.
