Dreame Technology Restructures into Four Major Businesses
Dreame Technology, a Chinese robotics and home appliance company, has restructured its business into four directions: smart home, outdoor gardening, smart mobility, and embodied intelligence. The company announced that it will adjust some exploratory phase projects and integrate them into its existing business and research and development systems. The overall strategic direction remains unchanged, and the operation of core businesses is described as stable. In the future, the company plans to increase investments in core technologies, product research and development, advanced manufacturing, and global market and service systems to enhance management efficiency and business quality. This adjustment focuses more on concentration rather than expansion, with artificial intelligence, robotics, and smart manufacturing as the core driving forces to promote the commercialization and industrialization of technological innovations. The automotive and smartphone businesses will be pursued in the form of industrial research institutes, and mass production speed is expected to slow down. The announcement did not include any direct connections to the domestic home appliance and robotics market or the cryptocurrency market. Specific product launch dates or external investment plans were also not disclosed.
