STON.fi Launches Cross-Chain Swap Feature, Connecting TON with TRON and EVM Stablecoin Ecosystems

TON (The Open Network) leading AMM protocol STON.fi announced today the official launch of its cross-chain swap feature within the STON.fi application. This feature allows users to directly transfer stablecoins between TON, TRON, Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, Polygon, Avalanche, Arbitrum, and Robinhood Chain through a unified self-custodial interface.

The launch signifies that TON will connect with major liquidity networks and application ecosystems in the crypto industry. Users can freely transfer funds between the stablecoin market, TON native assets, DeFi protocols, and Telegram native applications without relying on centralized exchanges, cross-chain bridges, or wrapped assets.

Stablecoins have become one of the most important sectors in the crypto market, with a total market capitalization exceeding $300 billion, where TRON and Ethereum are the two largest stablecoin networks. Through this cross-chain swap feature, STON.fi establishes a bidirectional connection between TON and mainstream stablecoin ecosystems:

TON users can access stablecoin liquidity from other networks; TRON and EVM users can more easily enter TON native assets, wallets, DeFi protocols, and Telegram native applications.

The entire process is completed in a non-custodial environment, where users do not need to manage cross-chain bridges, wrapped assets, routing choices, or settlement processes themselves.

The execution layer developed by STON.fi, Omniston, will coordinate the entire cross-chain swap process. It is not just a routing or liquidity aggregation system but also ensures that cross-chain stablecoin transactions are predictable from quoting to final settlement.

Slavik Baranov, CEO of STON.fi Dev, stated: "Users do not think in terms of blockchain; they care about what operation they want to complete. Our goal is to make cross-ecosystem asset transfers as simple as exchanging within a single blockchain. Omniston will handle the underlying complexities, allowing users to focus on the trading results rather than the infrastructure."

For users, the biggest advantages of this upgrade are speed and certainty.

Most cross-chain swaps can be completed within 15 to 40 seconds, significantly reducing waiting times compared to traditional cross-chain transactions. Once users confirm the swap, Omniston matches the order with independent liquidity providers (Resolvers), who provide the corresponding assets on the target chain.

The entire transaction is executed through associated Hashed Timelock Contracts (HTLC), where the smart contracts on both chains are governed by the same cryptographic conditions, ensuring that either both parties complete the transaction simultaneously or it is entirely canceled.

Users can see the expected assets and quantities before confirming the transaction; if the transaction cannot be completed, funds will be automatically returned, avoiding situations where assets are stuck, partially executed, or unclear statuses occur.

With the official launch of cross-chain swaps, STON.fi is transforming from a DeFi protocol focused on a single blockchain to a cross-chain product built around user intent.

As stablecoin liquidity, consumer-grade applications, and the DeFi market continue to evolve towards multi-chain development, users need a value transfer method that does not require relinquishing asset control or managing complex cross-chain infrastructure.

For TON and the entire crypto market, this release provides a more practical connection layer between major liquidity networks, application ecosystems, and the broader on-chain economy.

About STON.fi

STON.fi is a cross-chain decentralized application (dApp) that supports asset swaps between TON, TRON, and major EVM-compatible blockchains.

STON.fi was initially the leading AMM protocol on the TON network and is one of the most widely used DeFi applications in the TON ecosystem, providing users with asset swaps, DeFi yield opportunities, and cross-chain value transfer services.

Its cross-chain capabilities are supported by the execution layer Omniston, developed by STON.fi, aiming to achieve a reliable and predictable asset exchange experience across multiple chains.

STON.fi has received investments from well-known institutions such as CoinFund, Delphi Ventures, The Open Platform, Karatage, and TON Ventures, dedicated to building on-chain infrastructure that connects users, liquidity, and applications.
