H100 Group CEO Acquires 407,000 Shares, Holding 3,506 BTC

H100 Group CEO Eirik Grottum has increased his stake by acquiring 407,163 shares of H100 through the affiliated company Kode Oslo AS, totaling approximately 621,900 Swedish Krona, with an average purchase price of 1.53 Swedish Krona per share. The announcement indicates that 405,663 shares were bought on September 15 at 1.53 Swedish Krona per share, and 1,500 shares were purchased on August 19 at 1.40 Swedish Krona per share. Following the transaction, Eirik Grottum's affiliated company holds a total of 5,399,464 shares of H100. H100 Group is a technology company focused on health and longevity, employing a Bitcoin reserve strategy, currently holding 3,506 BTC on its balance sheet, making it the first and largest publicly listed Bitcoin reserve company in the Nordic region.
