Helius CEO Mert Mumtaz Joins NEAR Foundation Board

The NEAR Foundation Board has appointed Helius CEO Mert Mumtaz as a member of its governing body, responsible for overseeing the foundation and its key decisions. Board members include NEAR co-founder Illia Polosukhin, Anchorage Digital co-founder Diogo Mónica, former NEAR Foundation COO Chris Donovan, and NEAR One founder Bowen Wang. Mumtaz will assist in guiding NEAR's product strategy, ecosystem development, and governance, and will serve as a judge at the upcoming NEAR Hackathon, scheduled to take place from November 1 to 14.
