Hyundai Reboot Holdings Discloses 11% Stake in MyCoin and Subsidiary Capital Erosion

Hyundai Reboot Holdings has submitted an innovation board listing application related to MyCoin. According to the Taiwan Stock Exchange, the revenue for 2025 is expected to be NT$5,216,590,000, with a pre-tax net loss of NT$4,664,990,000. The listing prospectus includes the financial status of subsidiaries and a history of sanctions. Hyundai Reboot was fined NT$1.5 million by the Taiwan Financial Supervisory Commission on November 25, 2024, due to violations of anti-money laundering regulations. The subsidiary, Zhang Lian Wang Luo, received a fine of NT$20,000 as of June 30, 2025, as its cumulative losses exceeded the paid-in capital and its liabilities surpassed its assets. Hyundai Reboot Holdings submitted a financial support commitment and prepared an operational improvement plan for 2026. The risk of regulatory transition is also a key issue, as the virtual asset service law in Taiwan will change the existing registration system to a licensing system. In terms of shareholder composition, the largest shareholder, Chairman Liu Suiwei, holds a 28.65% stake, and 5,112,428 employee stock options have been issued. Hyundai Reboot Holdings' market share is estimated to be around 68%, but this figure is calculated within a limited scope.
