INDODAX Reminds the Importance of Verifying Official Contacts for User Security
The Financial Services Authority (OJK) recorded five incidents related to digital and crypto financial assets in August-September 2026, highlighting the importance of cybersecurity resilience and user vigilance. The handling of incidents involved OJK, the Indonesia Anti-Scam Centre (IASC), banking, and payment service providers, with measures such as monitoring unusual transactions and recovering funds. A report by CPA Australia in collaboration with OJK and UID Foundation emphasizes the need for effective governance and collaboration to build a secure digital ecosystem. Aloysia Dian, Chief Marketing Officer of INDODAX, stressed that user security relies on system resilience and the ability to recognize fraud schemes. Users are reminded not to trust unofficial numbers or accounts and to verify information before taking action. INDODAX does not provide Customer Support services via WhatsApp and never asks for sensitive information.
