BlockBeats News, November 28th, according to Onchain Lens monitoring, the Royal Government of Bhutan has just once again transferred 160.35 ETH to QCP Capital (approximately $48.3 thousand), and may continue to deposit more funds, or may be selling ETH through OTC trades.
