The National Bank of Ukraine imposed measures on four non-banking financial companies on September 21, 2026. The companies affected are LLC "FC SV Capital", LLC "UFC", LLC "FC Finright", and LLC "FC Factor Plus". The companies "FC SV Capital" and "UFC" are prohibited from providing funds to other parties under the terms of refundable financial assistance agreements until September 21, 2027, due to risky activities. "FC Finright" received a written warning for deficiencies in corporate governance and internal control systems, which must be addressed by October 13, 2026. "FC Factor Plus" was required to align its operations with legislation by October 13, 2026, due to non-compliance with reporting requirements.
