Oria Unveils Product Strategy Centered on Oria.xyz to Accelerate Institutional and Wallet Ecosystem Development
Source: Oria
Hong Kong, September 9, 2026 ------ Real World Asset (RWA) investment platform Oria today announced its product strategy centered around Oria.xyz. Oria.xyz is a digital asset investment platform aimed at individual users, offering investment products priced in USD and backed by income-generating real-world assets, integrating account registration, identity verification, product subscription, and position tracking into a single interface for one-stop management. Eligible users can start investing with a minimum of $100 and have the opportunity to receive new user and referral rewards, subject to the terms of the promotion.
As part of this strategy, Oria is continuously strengthening connections with licensed financial infrastructure and wallet distribution channels: the company has established institutional business cooperation with EX.IO and has integrated its wallet-native dApp (decentralized application) into Bitget Wallet. In the future, Oria plans to continue expanding its ecosystem cooperation with licensed digital asset platforms, wallets, stablecoin service providers, infrastructure partners, and other distribution channels.
"Stablecoins make holding and transferring USD assets more convenient, but there are still barriers to assessing investment opportunities," said Michael, Head of Marketing at Oria. "Through Oria.xyz, we aim to simplify the investment process, allowing users to clearly understand the underlying assets and product structures of various investments."
Investment Products Backed by Real World Assets
Oria connects digital assets with investment opportunities supported by real economic activities. Its credit investment strategy relies on ten years of experience in consumer finance operations, covering asset acquisition, pricing, and risk management.
The underlying assets of Oria's investment products include consumer credit assets managed by Revnoc Operaciones, S.A. de C.V., a SOFOM (Sociedad Financiera de Objeto Múltiple, a multiple-purpose financial company in Mexico). Oria's credit strategy employs a senior/subordinated tiered structure: the asset originator retains subordinated interests, absorbing losses before the senior investments are affected.
This structure requires that the subordinated interests held by the asset originator first bear the initial losses of the portfolio, thereby aligning the interests of the originator with those of the investors. Specific terms, risk factors, expected returns, and liquidity arrangements for different products will be disclosed separately and may vary by product.
Oria adopts a tokenized fund structure that supports on-chain verification, with fund holdings and related cash flow records verifiable on-chain. Users can access product information through Oria.xyz and view their holdings and investment performance after completing registration.
Account-Based and Wallet-Native Dual Entry
Oria.xyz is the main platform for users who prefer a guided, account-based investment experience. At the same time, Oria is gradually launching a wallet-native dApp version to serve users who wish to access investment opportunities directly through digital wallets.
The wallet-native interface complements Oria.xyz and will be used in the future to support connections with wallet service providers, distribution partners, and more on-chain investment opportunities. The two interfaces reflect Oria's product philosophy of catering to different user preferences and adapting to varying levels of understanding of digital assets.
Institutional Cooperation: Completing EX.IO Account Opening and First Subscription
Oria has completed institutional account opening with EX.IO, a virtual asset trading platform licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). In the initial business process, Oria exchanged USDT for USD through EX.IO and subscribed to the tokenized Class T shares of TKUSD------Taikang Kaitai US Dollar Money Market Fund.
This transaction demonstrates a viable path to connect stablecoin liquidity with regulated tokenized investment products through licensed third-party infrastructure, echoing Oria's long-term goal of establishing practical connections between digital assets and traditional financial products.
Oria adopts a compliance model relying on licensed partners: any activities involving virtual asset trading, currency exchange, custody, product distribution, or asset origination that require regulatory approval are conducted by qualified institutions and are subject to their account opening reviews, user qualifications, and jurisdictional requirements. The regulatory qualifications of any third-party institution apply only to the services provided by that institution and do not constitute the granting or transfer of any regulatory license to Oria.
In addition to collaborating with licensed partners, Oria is also advancing its independent licensing layout: Oria has obtained a fund license in the Cayman Islands and is applying for a Cayman VASP (Virtual Asset Service Provider) license. The VASP license is issued by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) under the Virtual Asset (Service Providers) Law and is currently one of only seven issued in the Cayman Islands, recognized as one of the most prestigious and stringent regulatory qualifications in the global digital asset industry. Applicants must meet strict capital, governance, and anti-money laundering (AML/CFT) compliance requirements and can only conduct virtual asset and fiat currency exchange, virtual asset transfer, and custody businesses in the Cayman Islands after approval. For Oria, once the VASP license is granted, the platform will progress from "relying on licensed partners" to "holding its own license," directly providing virtual asset services in accordance with international regulatory standards, offering stronger compliance trust for institutional and individual users. This application is still in progress, and the final result will depend on the Cayman regulatory approval.
"Our goal is to combine a convenient user experience with reliable institutional infrastructure," Michael stated. "Our collaboration with EX.IO is an important step in exploring more efficient and compliant ways to connect stablecoins with regulated investment products."

Wallet Ecosystem: Connecting to Bitget Wallet
Oria's wallet-native dApp has been integrated into Bitget Wallet, allowing users to discover Oria and connect to its on-chain applications directly within the wallet. This integration retains the wallet-native investment experience while further expanding Oria's reach among self-custody (private key holding) user groups.
This integration primarily focuses on dApp discovery and wallet connection features. Users accessing Oria products must still comply with Oria's product terms, risk warnings, smart contract interaction rules, and qualification requirements.
Looking ahead, Oria plans to connect with more wallet service providers, licensed digital asset platforms, stablecoin ecosystems, and distribution partners. These collaborations are expected to further expand product reach, enhance asset connection efficiency, and provide more opportunities for eligible users to participate in RWA investments. All subsequent collaborations will be launched after completing commercial, technical, compliance, and security reviews.
Exploring Payments and Cross-Border Remittances
Oria is exploring the potential addition of payment and cross-border remittance services to its investment platform, aiming to connect the holding and investment of digital dollars with transfer and daily consumption scenarios. These services remain part of Oria's overall product strategy, with specific launch times, service scopes, and available regions to be announced in due course.
"Our long-term goal is to enable users to complete the holding, investment, and use of digital assets within a set of interconnected product experiences," Michael added. "We will gradually make each service easier to understand and use, step by step achieving this goal."
