Parking Fee Revenues Reached UAH 136.5 Million, Up 14%
In the first seven months of 2026, local budgets in Ukraine received UAH 136.5 million from parking fees, which is 14.1% more compared to the same period in 2025, when revenues amounted to UAH 119.7 million. The largest contributions came from Odesa region (UAH 46.5 million), Lviv region (UAH 38.3 million), and Dnipropetrovsk region (UAH 33.1 million). The parking fee revenue remains at the disposal of territorial communities and can be used to finance transport infrastructure and improve parking areas. The payers are legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who organize parking in designated areas. The tax base includes the area of land designated for parking and municipal garages. The rate is set by local councils and in 2026 amounts to up to UAH 6.49 per square meter.
