Polygon Labs Completes SOC 2 Type 1 Examination for Open Money Stack

Polygon Labs has completed the SOC 2 Type 1 examination for the Polygon Open Money Stack API and dashboard, with the Type 2 examination currently underway. The independent auditing firm Schellman & Company has determined that Polygon has implemented appropriate security controls. SOC 2 is an auditing framework established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, where the Type 1 examination assesses whether the design of the control system is suitable at the time of the review, while the Type 2 examination tests the operational effectiveness of those controls over several months.
