Ramp Launches Company-wide AI Workspace Glass
Ramp, an enterprise spend management platform, launched its AI workspace Glass for the entire company on October 13. Eric Glyman, co-founder and co-CEO of Ramp, stated that Glass aims to build on the existing knowledge within the company rather than starting from a blank slate. To date, 323 employees have made over 6,500 edits to the content in Glass. In terms of feature requests, Ramp previously had to manually input about 300 data points into Salesforce each month, but since a customer manager stored prompts in Glass, they now capture approximately 20,000 data points monthly and have sent over 5,000 emails regarding requested features from customers. Glass supports integration with company knowledge from Linear, Notion, Google, Slack, Gong, and allows for collaborative work. After migrating to Glass, Ramp saw a 30% decrease in billing and is currently onboarding its first batch of enterprises.
