The decentralized exchange RISEx has sent an on-chain message to the attacker of the XLP treasury, indicating that it has observed the movement of funds. The team proposed that the attacker may retain 20% of the stolen funds (approximately 134,566 USDC), while the remaining 80% (approximately 538,265 USDC or equivalent ETH) must be returned to the official Ethereum or Base address by September 23, to be handled in a "white hat hacker" manner. Previously, RISEx tweeted on August 4 that there was an unauthorized withdrawal related to the RWA strategy associated with the XLP treasury, affecting an amount of 673,011.56 USDC.
