Strategy management has simplified the mNAV formula that determines the new share issuance and set the fixed efficiency threshold at 1.0x. The mNAV indicator has risen to 1.07x. This change clarifies the conditions for the new share sales. Since the beginning of the year, Strategy's assets and Bitcoin have experienced significant value losses. According to TradingView data, the company's market value and debt instruments have declined since January. Management believes that the simplified structure could enhance investor confidence. Strategy is known as a company holding a large amount of Bitcoin on its balance sheet, and its share performance is sensitive to Bitcoin price movements. Management argues that future share issuances should increase the amount of Bitcoin per share. The amount of Bitcoin per share for the company is at 0.0023 BTC. MSTR shares have dropped by 39.45% this year, while the decline in Bitcoin has been limited to 26.43%. The company's total $12.2 billion in digital credit instruments is trading in negative territory. Management has allocated $25 million for an urgent buyback of STRC preferred shares, with the buyback price set at $86.52 per share.
