Tanami Closes Funding Round to Support Regional Expansion
Tanami, based in Bahrain, has closed an undisclosed funding round with participation from tali ventures, Qatar Development Bank, 1818 Ventures from the UK, and other strategic investors. Founded in 2023, Tanami operates a digital platform for investing in private markets, allowing qualified investors access to opportunities in private equity, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure. Dr. Nawaf Al-Masqati, CEO of Tanami, stated that the funding round reflects the growing demand for access to private markets. Faisal Al-Jalahma, CEO of Tanami Bahrain, added that investor support strengthens their vision of creating a new gateway for investors in the region.
