He emphasized that the Strait must remain completely free for navigation and pointed out that if anyone were to charge fees, it would be the United States, as it is the party with full control. Trump mentioned that a blockade is an option and reiterated that he will not discuss the issue of charging fees, clearly stating that there will be no charges.
