WEEX-Backend Engineer（Java）

What you will be doing

1. Responsible for project development and code writing.
2. Participate in the business learning and research of exchange projects.
3. Engage in tackling the challenges of exchange business operations.
4. Involved in architecture design and the establishment of project standards.
5. Participate in the pre-research of new technologies.

What we are looking for

1. Proficient in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis, Nacos/Apollo, Dubbo, and other microservices and distributed frameworks.
2. Skilled in using middleware and databases such as Redis, Memcache, MySQL, RocketMQ, etc.
3. Experience in database design and practical experience in project UML analysis.
4. Preferential hiring for candidates with experience in exchange projects, based on ability.
5. Strong communication, teamwork, stress management, problem-solving skills, positive attitude, and good mindset.
6. Previous team leadership experience is preferable.
7. Preference for candidates proficient in using K8s, Docker, Linux is advantageous for the role.
