中国証券監督管理委員会など8つの部門が共同で「違法な越境証券先物ファンド運営活動の総合的な整備実施方案」を発表しました。
報道によると、「整備方案」の全体的な要求は、2年間の集中整備を経て、海外の証券先物ファンド運営機関の違法な越境運営活動を全面的に取り締まり、「違法を断固として取り締まり、安定的に残存分を整理する」という整備目標を実現することです。
整備の対象には、違法な越境運営を行う証券先物ファンド業務の海外機関、海外機関の違法な越境運営を支援する国内の関連または協力主体、国内投資者を勧誘する違法な仲介、違法に情報を発信するインターネットプラットフォームおよびネットワーク自媒体などが含まれます。海外機関の違法な越境運営活動は法律に基づいて取り締まり、関連主体が外貨管理、マネーロンダリング防止、ネットワークセキュリティおよび情報管理、個人情報保護などの法律規則に違反する行為も整備の範囲に含まれます。
