ポーランドの議員は、下院第57回会議で、241票賛成、200票反対の結果、政府が支持する暗号資産市場法案（第2529号）を可決しました。この法案は、ポーランドの暗号通貨市場を正式にEUの「暗号資産市場規制指令」（MiCA）の枠組みに組み込むことを目的としています。これに先立ち、大統領のカロル・ナヴォツキはこの法案の初期バージョンを2度拒否しています。
法案に基づき、ポーランド金融監督庁（KNF）は市場参加者の監視、行政罰の実施、及び口座や取引の一時的な凍結に関する明確な権限を得ることになります。この法案は現在、上院に送付されており、大統領は再び拒否権を行使する可能性があります。
