Circle Co-founder Sean Neville Resigns from Board, CFO to Remain Until End of 2026

Circle co-founder Sean Neville has resigned from the board of directors for personal reasons, effective immediately, reducing the number of board members from eight to seven. Chief Financial Officer Jeremy Fox-Geen has notified the company of his intention to leave but will continue to serve as CFO until the end of December 2026 to assist with a smooth transition. The company has initiated the search for the next CFO, and Fox-Geen's departure is not due to any disagreements related to the company's operations, policies, or practices.
