Circle Freezes Approximately $201,000 of Stolen Funds from Bitget

Blockchain independent investigator tanuki42 coordinated with Circle to freeze approximately $201,000 related to stolen funds from Bitget. The relevant address attempted to transfer funds between EVM and Noble, but CCTP has a limit on the amount that can be transferred out from Noble across chains. Once a transfer reaches the limit, it is put into a "pending" status, and Circle blacklisted the target address before the limit is reset. The funds are currently stranded between Noble and Ethereum.
