Crypto.com Confirms SEC Approval of OG.com’s Form 1-N for Individual Stock Futures Launch

By: x.com|2026/09/17 03:14:29

Kris Marszalek, co-founder and CEO of Crypto.com, stated that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has confirmed that its futures exchange has been granted approval to launch individual stock futures in the market through the Form 1-N filing submitted by OG.com. The filing entity is the North American Derivatives Exchange (formerly Nadex, now operating both Crypto.com | Derivatives North America and OG.com). The team is collaborating with the SEC and CFTC to plan the launch of perpetual contracts for individual stocks in the U.S., combining product forms from the digital asset market with the U.S. capital markets. Form 1-N is a "notification registration" document used by futures exchanges regulated by the CFTC, allowing them to be simultaneously regulated by the SEC, thereby legally listing and trading securities futures products.
