Polymarket's new Global Head of Investigations and Intelligence, Shana Bautista, stated that as the U.S. midterm elections approach, Polymarket has established a system to identify unusual trading activities and will continue to prevent U.S. users from accessing its international platform in compliance with the settlement agreement reached with U.S. regulators in 2022.
