USD.AI Releases First Verification Report on GPU-Backed Loan Portfolio
USD.AI has released its first "Proof of Loans" report on its GPU-backed loan portfolio. This report, prepared by the external accounting firm The Network Firm (TNF), verifies loans classified as active as of July 15, 2026. TNF confirmed the principal, interest rates, collateral value, loan-to-value ratio (LTV), and GPU deployment locations of the loans according to the agreed procedures. The report includes loans secured by NVIDIA H200, B200, B300, and RTX PRO 6000 systems, which are deployed in data centers in the United States, Canada, and Sweden. TNF reviewed various documents, including loan and collateral agreements, special purpose vehicle (SPV) establishment documents for borrowers, and GPU purchase orders. This verification does not provide an audit opinion on the overall financial statements and was conducted by cross-referencing contracts, on-chain transactions, and collateral-related documents. Through this report, USD.AI has enhanced the transparency of its GPU-based credit portfolio.
