Как сообщает Tech In Asia, сингапурская платформа рынков предсказаний и прямых трансляций K25.ai, возглавляемая бывшим операционным директором OKX Энди Чунгом, объявила о получении предварительных инвестиций в размере $2 млн от котирующейся на Nasdaq компании NewGenIVF Group (NIVF) при оценке в $100 млн. В дальнейшем объем инвестиций может увеличиться до $10 млн. Сделка также предоставляет NIVF статус эксклюзивного институционального партнера в Азиатско-Тихоокеанском регионе. K25.ai и NIVF планируют расширение на рынки Сингапура, Таиланда, Японии, Австралии и Новой Зеландии. Стартап заявил, что рассматривает возможности выхода на публичный рынок путем стратегических сделок или обратного слияния, однако гарантий того, что планы по листингу будут реализованы, нет.
