BlockBeats News, 22 novembre, Société cotée en bourse mF International (Nasdaq: MFI) a annoncé un investissement privé de 500 millions de dollars en actions publiques (PIPE) pour lancer sa stratégie de trésorerie d'actifs numériques.
Le PIPE prévoit la vente de 50 millions d'actions ordinaires de catégorie A et de bons de souscription préfinancés au prix de 10 $ l'action, ce qui devrait permettre de recueillir 500 millions de dollars avant déduction des frais d'offre et la clôture prévue autour du 1er décembre 2025. La société prévoit d'utiliser le produit net principalement pour acheter Bitcoin Cash (BCH) et établir une opération de trésorerie d'actifs numériques, ainsi que pour le fonds de roulement et les objectifs généraux de l'entreprise.
