By: x.com|2026/09/16 11:08:14

On September 16, Jiang Zhuoer, founder of the Li Bitcoin mining pool, stated that the net outflow of the U.S. spot Bitcoin ETF reached $450 million, the highest since June 25, 2026; the net outflow of the spot Ethereum ETF was $141 million, the highest since January 30, 2026. He pointed out that the negative premium on Coinbase continued to widen today, indicating that funds in the U.S. market, such as ETFs, may still be selling. Jiang Zhuoer mentioned that if Bitcoin surges before the Federal Reserve announces its interest rate decision, he plans to consider shorting. The Fed's rate hike of 25 basis points is almost certain this time, and the dot plot is likely to show another rate hike within the year. The biggest variable in the market is whether Fed Chairman Waller's speech after the meeting will lean hawkish or dovish.
