Według CoinDesk, ponad 100 amerykańskich firm kryptowalutowych i organizacji branżowych napisało do Komitetu Bankowego Senatu, wzywając do promowania ustawy o klarowności w celu ustanowienia federalnych ram regulacyjnych dla rynku aktywów cyfrowych. Wśród sygnatariuszy są Coinbase, Ripple, Kraken, Andreessen Horowitz, Paradigm, Consensys i inni.
